Common things
How do I keep my tag?
Tap your tag at the top right, then Claim tag. Without an account, your tag goes back into the pool when you close the app and someone else can be given it.
Can I choose my own tag?
Yes — on the claim screen, choose "make up my own tag". Invented tags show in blue. Tags from the pool keep their badge, and you can only get one of those by being handed it.
How do I delete my account?
Menu → Settings → Delete my account. It removes your account, your messages and your reactions, and puts your tag back in the pool. It's immediate and can't be undone.
Someone is being awful
Report the message, or block them. Or email us. We aim to act within 24 hours.
Do you stream the shows?
No. Watch on your own TV with your own subscriptions — Schitchat is just the room you talk in.
